The TPU lower shell includes an optimised design in the shift area, reducing front roll and improving lever control, with a specific configuration for left and right foot. Reinforced with a metal shank and additional toe protection, this area offers exceptional resistance to impact and abrasion. The dual pivot system, both medial and lateral, improves flexibility and control, ensuring a stable and comfortable ride.

Calf protection is provided by a moulded TPU plate, designed to effectively resist impact. The low-profile pivot system supports the boot's main flex around the ankle, promoting freedom of movement and comfort. The front area incorporates innovative shock-absorbing inserts in the gusset, which are also strategically placed on the ankles and shin guards for optimal shock absorption.

An advanced strap support design ensures maximum functionality by reducing the risk of excessive rotation, while the dual-compound vulcanised sole offers durability and protection, including a wear indicator that signals when it needs to be replaced. Beneath the indicator, a Kevlar® layer maintains the integrity of the structure even under heavy use.

The fastening system uses polymer buckles with aluminium construction, equipped with self-aligning quick-release fasteners for secure and customised adjustment. The microfibre gaiter protects against the ingress of water and dirt, while the extended TPU medial panel with improved rubber insert provides optimal grip on the bike, as well as greater resistance to heat and abrasion.

The upper combines suede leather and lightweight microfibre to offer protection from impact and abrasion. It includes a TPU rear deck to protect the Achilles tendons, a poly-fabric lining with 3D foam for maximum comfort and a non-slip suede reinforcement in the heel area. The TPU shin guard construction is compact and adjustable to comfortably fit different needs.
