Shipping & Returns
The shipment of your order
Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped by SDA Express Courier with tracking and delivery without signature. For each shipment we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage charges. It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken in case of fragile items.
The boxes have suitably large dimensions and your items are well protected.
For orders over 100€, shipping is free!
Returns and size changes
In the event that the size of the purchased product does not correspond to expectations within 30 days of receipt of the goods, it is possible to return or replace the item.
Access the order list and fill out the return form. Within a few days a courier appointed by us will come to collect the item at the shipping address, or at the new address indicated. Once back, provided that the item has not suffered damage not attributable to transport, you will be credited with the amount of the goods to the current account indicated.
