Safety and approval
The chest guard carries CE EN 14021 certification, which covers protection against stones and debris, as stated by the manufacturer. It is not protection against fall impacts: always check the label of the product you receive.
Fit and sizes
The product is available in sizes TU. To choose your size compare your body measurements with the manufacturer’s chart: a protector should fit snugly without squeezing and stay in place while you move, because if it slips it no longer covers the area it was designed for; if you are between two sizes, contact us before buying and we will help you pick the most suitable one.
Who it is for
This chest guard is made for young MTB and off-road riders who need light, ventilated protection against stones and debris.
Care and maintenance
After use clean the rigid parts with a damp cloth and neutral soap and wash the fabric parts following the label, preferably by hand and without fabric softener. Let it air dry away from direct heat and check straps, velcro and padding from time to time. Replace the protector after a serious impact or if it shows cracks or deformation.
Why choose it
A protector has to live with movement: stay light and ventilated during active phases and absorb the impact when needed. Shell stiffness, padding, adjustments and fabrics aim at a good balance of protection, comfort and freedom of movement.
Protectors work best as part of a complete kit: combine them with a helmet, gloves and other protection suited to the kind of terrain you ride. No protector removes the risk of injury, but it can help reduce the consequences of a fall.
If you need help choosing the size or deciding whether the model suits your riding, our team is happy to answer your questions.
A practical tip: try the protector together with the jersey and helmet you will wear, simulating your riding or pedalling position, to check that it does not chafe or shift. Check that straps and velcro are adjusted evenly before every ride, so the protector stays where it should.
