Caberg Drift Evo 2 Carbon helmet

The DRIFT EVO II is Caberg's new top-of-the-line full-face helmet, designed for the most demanding riders who want a high-performance, comfortable product with a sporty, modern look. Successor to the popular Drift Evo model, this helmet has been redesigned for superior performance, with a fibreglass shell and a carbon version for even greater weight reduction.

The DRIFT EVO II's shell is available in two sizes: the smaller version covers sizes XS to M, while the larger version is designed for sizes L to XXL, offering the right balance between comfort and compactness. The design is enhanced by a rear spoiler, which improves aerodynamics and ensures stability even at high speeds.

For optimal visibility and protection, the DRIFT EVO II is equipped with a scratch-resistant outer visor and a Pinlock Max Vision 70 anti-fog lens included in all versions. The visor replacement mechanism is newly developed, intuitive and easy to use. The tilting function ensures perfect adhesion to the edges of the shell, preventing accidental opening at medium-high speeds. The visor also has a central lock to secure it and a button for quick opening, with the possibility of leaving a small gap for a change of air.

The helmet incorporates a DVT (Double Visor Tech) sun visor, which can also be operated with gloves thanks to a lever located on the left side of the helmet. The ventilation system is designed to ensure optimal air flow: two air intakes on the chin and two others at the front of the shell, accompanied by four rear extractors. The internal ducting allows fresh air flow, facilitating the expulsion of warm, stale air.

The interior is made of breathable and hypoallergenic fabrics, fully removable and washable. The cheek pads include a red ribbon quick release system for removal in case of emergency. In addition, the shape of the interior facilitates the wearing of prescription glasses or sunglasses. The closure strap is equipped with a double-loop buckle for optimal security and stability.

For safety, the DRIFT EVO II features the CABERG SOS MEDICAL ID system, an innovative function that allows the rider to store medical and emergency information in the helmet via NFC. In case of need, anyone can bring a smartphone close to the CABERG SOS logo to access medical data and send an SMS to emergency contacts with the location.

The helmet is also prepared for the Caberg Pro Speak Evo communicator, which allows mobile phone connection, communication with the passenger and up to 200 metres range for bike-to-bike. The device is compatible with GPS and Mp3 players for connectivity. The DRIFT EVO II has passed all ECE 22.06 safety tests even with the communicator installed.

The DRIFT EVO II is available with a fibreglass shell in Matt Black and Gloss White, as well as three graphic variants - Jarama, Horizon and Crok - in matt and gloss colour combinations. The lighter carbon version is offered with a glossy finish in a monochrome version and in the Carbon Nova Red and Carbon Nova Grey colour variants.

Weight varies according to shell size: the small shell (XS-S-M) weighs 1300 ± 50 grams, while the large shell (L-XL-XXL) weighs 1350 ± 50 grams.
