The Alpinestars Supertech family of helmets was born with the goal of creating the most advanced, protective and high performance helmets for motorcyclists around the world. The Supertech S-M10 helmet perfectly embodies this mission, offering an impeccable combination of ventilation, comfort and light weight without compromising on safety.

Aerodynamic and Protective Design

The sleek, aerodynamic design of the S-M10 features a smooth profile with no external channels that could create load points in the event of impact. The helmet's curved surface is designed to reduce friction at the moment of impact, allowing optimal deflection and energy transfer, effectively protecting the rider's head, neck and spine.

Anatomical fit

The S-M10's advanced sizing system offers a specific shell for each size, ensuring a perfect anatomical fit. Available in four different shell sizes (S, M, L, XL) and six sizes (XS to XXL), the helmet adapts to every morphology, enhancing comfort, reducing overall weight and maximising protective effectiveness in the event of impact.

Advanced Construction Technology

The helmet shell is made from a sophisticated combination of multi-composite materials:

3K Carbon: The high-density carbon outer layer increases the helmet's strength and improves energy dissipation.

Unidirectional carbon: Adds radial resistance around the shell, preventing compression and promoting controlled deflection to reduce energy transmitted to the interior.

Aramid Fibre: Provides superior protection against penetration, further enhancing rider safety.

This combination of materials is bound together by an epoxy resin that maximises structural strength and energy management, with limited deflection of the outer shell allowing impact energy to be more effectively diffused and absorbed by the 4-density EPS liner.

Exceptional Impact Performance

The unique layering process used in the construction of the S-M10 helmet offers exceptional protection against linear and oblique impacts. In direct linear impact tests, the helmet exceeds the new 2024 ECE 22.06 standard by 46% for impacts at normal speed. In addition, the S-M10 exceeds the new requirements for low and high speed impacts by 23% and 28% respectively.

For rotational acceleration and oblique impacts, the S-M10 exceeds the new standards by 76%, providing exceptional protection even in angular impact situations.

Additional Comfort and Safety

The helmet features numerous enhancements for maximum comfort and safety:

New chin guard profile: Redesigned with a raised section to free the collarbone, reducing the risk of injury.

Removable side pads: Made of semi-soft polymer, they increase the contact area to better distribute impact energy.

A-Head Fitment System: Allows the angle and height of the helmet to be easily adjusted for a customised fit.

Superior Ventilation

With 28 independent ventilation openings, including 18 air intakes and 10 outlets, the S-M10 ensures optimal air circulation, keeping your head cool even in the most extreme conditions.

Protection and Safety System

The helmet is equipped with the MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) for multi-directional impact protection, an ERS (Emergency Release System) visor and a new visor extension for optimal sun and impact protection.
